Multi tiered solid brass giant torque

Giant multitiered torque necklace.

Diameter of this is 12 cm at the top and 16 cm at the bottom, it has a large opening on the back with an adjustable chain. Total height is 6 cm, composed of 7 brass tubes.

Material is solid brass with a gold shiny overlay, it is nickel and lead safe.

Does brass tarnish?
