Iridiscent glass wing dragonfly pendant necklace with labradorite. Electroformed copper and macrame fairy jewellery
This dragonfly necklace has been executed with different jewellery making techniques.
The wings are hand cut iridescent glass then electroformed in copper, along with a labradorite crystal. The chain is partially executed with macrame technique.
The electroforming technique allows electricity to grow a thick layer of metal over any surface, creating a beautiful raw texture. This texture is a formation that is unique during every single process, so every piece is in fact, one of a kind.
Copper has been worn on the body for centuries and it's believed to be beneficial for the wearer both of a physical and metaphysical level
As a conductor of energy, when used with crystals it intensifies, enhances and channels their properties.
